Business and Municipal Fraud Investigation

Edward Myers & Associates, Inc., operates in Studio City, California, and offers investigation services, risk assessment consultation, and access to multinational resources to companies in a range of industries. In business for over 15 years, Edward Myers & Associates, Inc., also possesses comprehensive strategies to address complex business and municipal fraud.

Industry reports indicate that fraud and similar violations put a significant financial strain on US businesses and municipalities, costing them over $700 billion each year. Additionally, the average organization loses approximately 6 percent of its annual revenue due to fraud-related crimes. The effects of fraud can also extend beyond financial consequences and negatively impact factors such as employee morale, reputation, and productivity.

To protect clients’ assets and combat this trend, the team at Edward Myers utilizes a team of trained personnel that focus on exposing and preventing fraud-related activities. The team takes on cases of fraudulent statements and embezzlement and works to uncover evidence that points to illegal activity, such as counterfeit disbursements, money and asset theft, and dishonest representations on expense reports and profit loss. Teams also investigate corporate and municipal corruption and suspicions of network espionage, trade-secret theft, and economic extortion.
